Adult Day Care Coordinator

Summary

Development, planning, implementation and supervision of the Adult Day Health Care Center programs designed to promote multi disciplinary, comprehensive health.

Training, supervision and evaluation of staff in conjunction with director.

Responsible for all daily record keeping (attendance, activity charts, care plan schedule, progress note schedule) and assist with maintaining comprehensive records on participants and care givers. Directly supervises five employees in the Adult Day Care Center.

Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
