Morris S. Funk

› Senior Vice President of Operations

Morris S. Funk is the chief operating officer of the Joseph L. Morse Geriatric Center. His career includes executive management positions in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and post-acute facilities throughout South Florida. In addition, he has received numerous awards including “Best Run Nursing Home” and the “Aging with Dignity Award” as executive director of Mt. Sinai - St. Francis Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Funk is also a past member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Hospice located in Miami Lakes, Florida. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (FAHSA.)
